EU Customers VAT
All products are produced and distributed from the EU, meaning that VAT is included and paid at point of purchase. There are no additional costs or duties to be paid. Your orders will be delivered directly to your shipping address. Please note that Norway, Switzerland and Greece have different rules in place with regards to VAT and duties.
Limited Delivery Operations
Delivery operations to Ukraine, Belarus and Russia are temporally suspended due to limited courier partnering services.
UK / Global Customers VAT and Duties
All products are produced and distributed from the EU, meaning at the point of on-line purchase, there will be no VAT) or Duties to be paid. However, it's important to note that upon arrival in your country, you will be responsible for paying any applicable VAT and any Customs Duties as required by government customs authorities.
To make this process administratively easier, our courier services will handle all Customs Declarations and collect the necessary VAT and Customs Duties on behalf of the government customs authorities. You are responsible for paying for all VAT and Customs Duties before the products can be released and delivered.
Please note that delivery costs will change in the checkout as the default address is based on UK prices initially. Once you provide an address it will refer to the delivery costs related to your location.
Purchases cover the following costs: Clearance declaration, courier administration, handling, packaging, shipping and to-door delivery. Any duties or taxes outside of the EU are the responsibility of the receiver to pay.
Delivery and Related Costs
The WBDS cannot accept returns or refunds of products that are 'customised', 'made to order', 'bespoke' or of a 'personalised' nature.
Exception
This rule's exception is where the 'faulty' product has 'errors', 'defectives', or 'damaged', and the WBDS is responsible for a particular fault. The WBDS can not accept responsibility or liability for any mistakes, errors or defects caused by the customer.
Returning Faulty Products
The WBDS will refund any delivery charges incurred when returning 'faulty' products to our premises. Customers should communicate a faulty product before returning; all returns should be sent within 14 days of receiving the product.
Compensation and Liability
The WBDS will not be responsible or liable for any loss of profit, disappointment, inconvenience, or indirect or consequential loss or damages; arising from or related to any products. The WBDS will not be liable for refunds or compensation beyond covering faulty postal returns.
Incorrect Purchases
Please make sure you are eligible and have actually won a WBDS Awards before purchasing. No refund will be provided to those that present falsehoods.
