Department and Institution Entry Licenses

Our Entry Licences are designed for academic institutions and departments that want to encourage broad range of student participation without the administrative burden of individual payments. Whether you represent a single department or an entire university, these licences offer a cost-effective way to showcase your students' creative talent on a global stage.

These Licences provide unlimited student entries and are valid throughout the current awards season. Activation is completed within 48–72 hours of purchase. Explore the options below to find the right fit for your organisation.

Department Entry Licence

Enable unlimited student entries to the WBDS Student Design Awards for a single academic department within an institution.

Price: £710 GBP

Unlimited entries from students within a single named department:

• One voucher code issued for internal department use only.
• Valid for all submission deadlines (1st May - 1st Dec) within the current awards season.
• Ideal for Brand Identity, Packaging Design, Graphic Design, Digital Design, Spatial Design,
Advertising, Illustration, Typography, Photography and Writing programme departments.
• Suitable for Universities, Colleges, Schools of Design and Creative Institutions
• Activation of ‘Department Entry Licence code’ within 48–72 hours after purchase.
• All Black and Gold award winning works are considered for WBDS Scholarships.
• All winning entries get added to the Global Design Education Ranking.

Eligibility: This licence is for students currently enrolled in the specified department only.
If students collaborate with other students from other institutions, these entry must be submitted separately under the standard entry paid process.

Institution Entry Licence

Enable unlimited student entries to the WBDS Student Design Awards for all eligible students across your entire college, university, or educational institution.

Price: £1,610 GBP

Provide full institutional access to the WBDS Student Design Awards for all eligible students across your university or college:

• Unlimited entries from all departments and faculties
• One institution-wide voucher code for internal distribution
• Valid for all submission deadlines (1st May - 1st Dec) within the current awards season
• Institution name registered on our awards platform for validation
• Suitable for Universities, Colleges, Schools of Design and Creative Institutions
• Activation of ‘Institution Entry Licence code’ within 48–72 hours after purchase
• All Black and Gold award winning works are considered for WBDS Scholarships
• All winning entries get added to the Global Design Education Ranking

In order to be considered for the awards, scholarships and ranking students must first register and submit your work via the awards platform awards.worldbranddesign.com

Final deadline is the1st December until 23:59 GMT+0, all results presented in first half of January. Wishing you the best of luck with your entries.
